Nestled in a serene private yoga studio surrounded by lush greenery, this intimate retreat (limited tickets available) is designed for pregnant individuals seeking deeper connection, confidence, and calm before birth.

You’ll gain wisdom from a perinatal provider panel, create a birth preferences plan, move through a grounding prenatal yoga session, and melt into relaxation with a sound bath. Hi! I’m Vanessa.

I had a calm, confident, connected birth story that included infertility, HG, and laboring 36 hours in a hospital without an epidural. Education and preparation during my pregnancy was the foundation which made all that possible, and I’m here to teach and empower you too. Since my perinatal journey, I have become a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and Podcaster looking to spread evidenced-based knowledge.

  • Becoming will be hosted at an event space on a beautiful wooded private property, so the address will be shared after ticket purchase. 

  • There is on-site parking available for our pregnant participants. Panel guests will be encouraged to park at a nearby off-site location.

  • Since there will be movement and relaxation, comfortable clothing is encouraged. Feel free to bring your favorite outfit for your mini maternity photoshoot! There is a restroom on-site where you can change if you desire.

  • There will be vegan and gluten-free options for both lunch and snacks. If you have a specific dietary requirement outside of those options, there is an opportunity to share that in your intake survey so we can prepare accordingly.

  • While birthing partners are encouraged to be part of your journey in other ways (like the Calm module of Metamorphosis), this in-person event is a sacred space reserved specifically for birthing individuals.

  • Since some of the material will be covered in-person at the retreat, you will gain access to the Calm module automatically at approximately 5 p.m. after the retreat. If you choose to purchase the full Metamorphosis course (which includes all four modules: Foundation, Connection, Confidence, Calm) at the time of your Becoming ticket purchase, you will also gain access to all modules at 5 p.m. after the retreat. If you choose to purchase the full module after the Becoming retreat, you will gain immediate access to the course at the time of purchase.

  • How does “lifetime access” sound to you? That’s right, once you’re in, you are in for the lifetime of the course. As the program evolves and new things are added, you’ll gain access to those things too!

  • Refunds for the Becoming retreat are available in the event of pregnancy loss or complication. Tickets are transferable up until the date of the event. Due to the nature of how the online self-paced content is shared (immediate all-access), there are no refunds after purchase for the full Metamorphosis course.
